💜 Embroidery file prices vary based on the complexity of the character. The prices provided are starting points and include examples.
💜 The prices listed include Embroidery files which are not exclusive to you or your shop, which means we can offer the patterns in the future in our shop.
💜 We DO NOT accept digitization jobs anymore (digitizing a design you made). Nina will create a design from scratch and in her own style following your ideas.KEYCHAIN OR BLOB STYLE

Each additional Hoop costs 5€ / 6$ on top of the base price.
1-2 HOOPS WITH APPLIQUE
Starts at 45€ / 50$
Each additional Hoop or complex applique costs 10€ / 12$ on top of the base price.
1-2 Hoops with additions

FAQ & Terms of service
How does it work?
💜 After you fill in the form Nina will contact you to discuss the details of your idea and provide you with a price quote.
💜 If you decide to agree to the price quote, Nina will create a custom listing in the shop for you.
💜 When the purchase is placed your commission spot is reserved and will be fulfilled according to the discussed terms and timeline.
💜 You will receive updates from Nina showing you the progress of your commission. During the design and digitisation you are allowed to request changes. She wants to make sure you are completely happy with it before delivering the final files.
💜 When you confirm the final changes, the listing will be updated and you will receive an email to re-download the files that will include the zip with the final commission files.
💜 If you require any changes down the road (for example a different face), that is possible but additional charges might apply. The listing will be updated and you will receive an email to re-download the updated files.
WHAT IS THE PRICE IN MY CURRENCY?
💜 Please note due to manual currency conversion the $ prices might not be updated according to the daily conversion. Please take the € prices when converting to your own currency.

What is included in the Custom Embroidery order?
Each Pattern order includes:

- 💜 Embroidery File Types DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX Embroidery files in a ZIP format
- 💜 Thread Color chart guide
- 💜 Terms & Conditions for patterns
- 💜 Lifelong support (I will do any updates or resizing for you down the road)
Can I order an Exclusive pattern licence?
💜 Yes that is possible, keep in mind the prices are very high for those.
💜 An Exclusive Embroidery Pattern Licence means the designed pattern will be for you only, we will not sell the pattern or plushie made from it in the shop at any point.

Nina can provide you with an exact price quote via email if you are unsure of the category your request falls in.
💜 If you are looking for patterns for manufacturing or other commercial uses, that falls in a different category not listed here. We will discuss the exact terms and prices via email.
What will you make?
Things we WILL design:
- 💚 All kind of creatures, including Fanart related Patterns
- 💚 Your creature OCs related Patterns
- 💚 Pets, Food or other cool object related Patterns
- 💚 Modifications of our own patterns
Things we will NOT design:
- ❌ Humanoids, chibi humans or mechanical characters
- ❌ Any OC to which you have no permission from the artist for
- ❌ Any offensive things
- ❌ Digitizing your own direct design into a pattern
- ❌ Sewing patterns
- ❌ Copying or re-designing patterns from other artists
Nina might not accept each commission that comes in. She retains the right to refuse any project that she feels is not fitting her style or time schedule.
How fast will I receive my Custom Embroidery order?
💜 The files will be delivered to you in a few weeks to a month time from placing your order and approving the sketches/design (unless agreed otherwise or requested by a specific date).
Can I request any changes?
💜 Sure! You will keep in contact with Nina and can request any design changes during design or during the digitizing process. She will share many WIP photos with you to make sure you are happy with the direction it's taking.
💜 The patterns also come with a lifetime support so you can always reach out if you want to change any details, need a different size or file type.
💜 If you want to add any additional changes, for example a different face, or an additional piece to the pattern, the additional hoop charges will apply.
Will you test the patterns before delivering my order?
💜 Prices do not include me testing the file, you will do that yourself and if any mistakes or changes need to be made to the steps Nina will adjust that for no extra fee.
💜 The files we deliver are always top quality and made with a lot of care and attention to details. Mistakes are very rare (just like a Shiny Pokemon! 🤩✨).
💜 If you still want us to test the file before sending it to you that will add 85€ / 95$ to the price for each hoop (96€ /106$ if Applique or complex files) in order to cover material and time costs.
Can I share this pattern with someone else?
❌ No, you are not allowed to share or distribute the pattern in any way. Regular pattern terms and conditions still apply.
This is the common etiquette for any digital patterns and projects.
